I have been a bad WLS post op patient- through having to leave my job in healthcare due to my RA, multiple surgeries, numerous prednisone scripts and all kinds of other life stresses I pretty much just eat whatever is cheap and easy to prepare. I really need to carb detox and get back on track! Even took the kids to the park today and walked the nature trail and plan on going back out with the older kids for a longer walk later after dinner.
